Create an Outlook rule that sends selected document emails to DigiParser automatically.

## [Copy the DigiParser address](#1-copy-the-digiparser-address)

Open the destination parser or folder and copy its email address.

Send one email manually first. Continue only after it appears in DigiParser.

## [Open Outlook rules](#2-open-outlook-rules)

In Outlook on the web or new Outlook, open **Settings -> Mail -> Rules** and click **Add new rule**.

## [Choose which emails should match](#3-choose-which-emails-should-match)

Name the rule, then add a focused condition such as a supplier's address, "invoice" in the subject, or messages sent to your accounts mailbox.

Do not forward the complete mailbox unless every matching message should enter DigiParser.

## [Add the forwarding action](#4-add-the-forwarding-action)

Choose **Forward to**, paste the DigiParser address, and save the rule.

Use **Redirect to** only when DigiParser should check the original vendor or client as the sender. With **Forward to**, DigiParser normally sees your Outlook address.

## [Test with a new email](#5-test-with-a-new-email)

Receive or send a new message that matches the rule. Confirm that its attachment appears in the correct DigiParser parser or folder.
