Send document attachments from Outlook to a DigiParser inbox

Send an existing Outlook attachment to DigiParser in four steps.

## [Copy the DigiParser address](#1-copy-the-digiparser-address)

Open the parser's **Document Inbox** and copy its email address.

Use a [folder or classifier address](/docs/guides/document-processing/email/which-email-address) only when you need client folders or mixed-document routing.

## [Open the email in Outlook](#2-open-the-email-in-outlook)

Open the message containing the document and click **Forward**.

## [Send it to DigiParser](#3-send-it-to-digiparser)

Paste the DigiParser address into **To**, confirm that the original document is still attached, and click **Send**.

## [Check the document](#4-check-the-document)

Return to the **Document Inbox**. The attachment appears and starts processing.
