# [Exporting to Teable](#exporting-to-teable)

Feedback

Connect a Teable Cloud account and create structured records after DigiParser processes a document.

## [Where to set it up](#where-to-set-it-up)

Feedback

1. Open a parser.
2. Go to **Settings -> Integrations**.
3. Under **Available Integrations**, click **Teable**.
4. Expand the new Teable export under **Added Integrations**.

## [Connect Teable](#connect-teable)

Feedback

1. Click **Connect Teable account**.
2. Sign in to Teable.
3. Review the requested permissions.
4. Approve the connection.

Feedback

DigiParser uses OAuth. You do not need to create or send a personal access token.

## [Select a destination](#select-a-destination)

Feedback

1. Select the connected Teable account.
2. Select a Teable base.
3. Select a table in that base.

Feedback

DigiParser loads the available bases, tables, and fields from Teable. It does not create or change the Teable table structure.

## [Select the record mode](#select-the-record-mode)

Feedback

Choose one mode:

Feedback

* **One record per document** creates one Teable record after each document completes.
* **One record per extracted table row** creates one Teable record for every row in one selected DigiParser table.

Feedback

In table-row mode, you can also map document fields. DigiParser repeats those values for each table row.

## [Map fields](#map-fields)

Feedback

Map each writable Teable field to a DigiParser field. You can also map document information such as the document name, document link, Markdown URL, and creation date.

Feedback

Computed and attachment fields are not available for mapping. Unmapped values are not sent.

Feedback

Click **Save Teable export** when the mapping is complete.

## [Add conditions](#add-conditions)

Feedback

Use **Add conditions to run** when Teable should receive only selected documents. Conditions apply to the complete export. They do not filter individual extracted table rows.

## [Add more destinations](#add-more-destinations)

Feedback

Use **Add another** on the Teable integration card to create another Teable export. Each export can use its own account, table, record mode, mapping, and conditions.

## [Retry behavior](#retry-behavior)

Feedback

DigiParser records each Teable write. A normal workflow retry does not create the same record again. Failed writes can retry. If DigiParser cannot confirm whether Teable created a record, it does not retry automatically because that could create a duplicate.

## [Troubleshooting](#troubleshooting)

Feedback

* **Account needs to be reconnected**: Connect Teable again and approve access.
* **Base or table is missing**: Check that the connected Teable account can access it, then use the refresh control.
* **A field is missing**: Computed and attachment fields cannot be mapped. Refresh the destination after changing the Teable table.
* **Record creation failed**: Check required Teable fields and confirm that mapped values match the expected field types.
