Create Zoho Books records from extracted document data

Turn processed documents into accounting records in Zoho Books without copying the extracted values by hand.

## [Add Zoho Books](#1-add-zoho-books)

1.  Open your parser and go to **Settings -> Integrations**.
2.  Under **Available Integrations**, click **Zoho Books**.
3.  Expand **Export to Zoho Books** under **Added Integrations**.

## [Connect an account and organization](#2-connect-an-account-and-organization)

Click **Connect Zoho Books**, sign in, and approve the connection. Then select the connected account and the Zoho Books organization this parser should use.

Under **Select export type**, choose:

*   Bill
*   Expense
*   Invoice
*   Customer payment
*   Contact
*   Sales order
*   Account transfer
*   Owner transaction
*   Credit note refund
*   Other income

## [Complete the Zoho Books settings](#4-complete-the-zoho-books-settings)

DigiParser shows only the settings needed for the selected record. Depending on your choice, select an account, contact type, transaction type, or other requested option.

## [Map the fields](#5-map-the-fields)

1.  For bills, invoices, or sales orders, select the parser table that contains line items.
2.  Match each **Zoho Books record field** to a regular DigiParser field.
3.  Match each **Zoho Books line field** to a column from the selected table.
4.  Complete every mapping marked with an asterisk.

For record types that use existing customers, vendors, items, or accounts, keep the extracted values consistent with the names in Zoho Books.

## [Save and check the result](#6-save-and-check-the-result)

Click **Save configuration**, then process one test document. Open the selected Zoho Books organization and confirm that the new record contains the expected contact, date, amount, and line items.

## [When data is sent](#when-data-is-sent)

Feedback

New documents use the saved configuration after processing. If a document requires review, the Zoho Books export waits until all required approvals are complete.

## [If the export fails](#if-the-export-fails)

Feedback

*   Confirm that the connected account and organization are still active.
*   Check every required mapping.
*   Make sure mapped customer, vendor, item, and account values identify the intended Zoho Books record.
*   Open the integration again after changing parser fields or table columns and update the mapping.
