# Use Processed Data with Pabbly Connect

Start a Pabbly Connect workflow when DigiParser finishes a document

Create a workflow that sends extracted fields to Google Sheets, your accounting system, or another app after DigiParser finishes processing.

## [Add the DigiParser trigger](#1-add-the-digiparser-trigger)

Create a workflow, choose **DigiParser app** as the trigger app, and select **Document Processed**.

## [Choose the parser](#2-choose-the-parser)

Select the parser whose completed documents should start the workflow.

If documents enter through a classifier, choose the **target parser** that performs the extraction.

## [Capture a sample](#3-capture-a-sample)

1.  Start the response-capture step in Pabbly Connect.
2.  Process one representative document in DigiParser.
3.  Confirm that Pabbly Connect captures the extracted fields and document details.

## [Add the destination](#4-add-the-destination)

Add the app that should receive the data and map the captured fields.

Use a document that contains your important fields and table columns. Pabbly Connect uses the captured response to make those values available for mapping.

## [Test and enable it](#5-test-and-enable-it)

Test the destination step, confirm the values, and enable the workflow.

Pabbly Connect registers the trigger automatically. You do not need to copy a webhook URL.

## [What success looks like](#what-success-looks-like)

Feedback

The workflow runs once after extraction finishes. If the parser requires review, it waits until the document is approved.

## [If it does not work](#if-it-does-not-work)

Feedback

*   Confirm that the workflow is enabled.
*   Confirm that the trigger uses the parser that processed the document.
*   Capture another representative document if fields or table columns are missing.
*   Approve the document first when Reviews & Approvals is enabled.
