Most end-to-end workflows use both tutorials as **two separate scenarios**. One scenario uploads the file. The other starts after DigiParser finishes extraction.

You need a Make account, a DigiParser parser, and one sample document.

## [Open DigiParser in Make](#1-open-digiparser-in-make)

1.  Open the parser in DigiParser.
2.  Go to **Settings -> Integrations**.
3.  Find **Make** under **Available Integrations**.
4.  Click **Open in Make**, choose your Make organization, and install the DigiParser app.

## [Create the connection](#2-create-the-connection)

1.  Open your team menu in DigiParser and click **API Keys**.
2.  Click **Create API Key**.
3.  Give the key access to the parsers or classifiers your scenarios will use.
4.  Select **Open parsers and classifiers**, **Upload documents**, and **Manage Integrations**.
5.  Click **Create API Key** and copy the key.
6.  In Make, add a **DigiParser app** module and create a connection.
7.  Under **Data location**, select the location where your DigiParser account was created:
    *   Select **United States** if you use `api.digiparser.com`.
    *   Select **European Union** if you use `eu.digiparser.com`.
8.  Paste the key into **API key** and save the connection.

You can reuse this connection in every DigiParser scenario for that data location. Create separate connections if you work with both United States and European Union DigiParser accounts.

Copy the key again without spaces. Confirm that you selected the location where the key was created, and that the key has the three permissions above and access to the parser or classifier you want to use.
