Feedback

Create a Zap that sends extracted fields to Excel, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Slack, or another app after DigiParser finishes processing.

Feedback

Before continuing, [connect DigiParser to Zapier](/docs/guides/integrations/setting-up-zapier) and process one representative document.

## [Add the DigiParser trigger](#1-add-the-digiparser-trigger)

Create a Zap and choose **DigiParser app - Document Processed** as the trigger.

## [Choose the parser](#2-choose-the-parser)

Select the parser whose completed documents should start the Zap.

If documents enter through a classifier, choose the **target parser** that performs the extraction.

## [Load a sample](#3-load-a-sample)

Test the trigger and select the representative document. This gives Zapier the fields you can map in later steps.

## [Add the destination](#4-add-the-destination)

Add the app that should receive the data and map the extracted fields or document details you need.

To save or rename the original file in Dropbox or Google Drive, map **Document URL** as the file. Older Zaps may show this value as **Metadata URL**.

## [Test and publish it](#5-test-and-publish-it)

Test the destination action, confirm the values, and publish the Zap.

## [What success looks like](#what-success-looks-like)

Feedback

The Zap runs once after extraction finishes. If the parser requires review, it waits until the document is approved.

## [If it does not work](#if-it-does-not-work)

Feedback

* Confirm that the Zap is published.
* Confirm that the trigger uses the parser that processed the document.
* Process another representative document and test the trigger again if fields are missing.
* Approve the document first when Reviews & Approvals is enabled.
