## Send the part of the document that matters

### Choose the data scope

Send document fields only, all fields and tables, one selected table, or separate attachments for fields and tables. With XLSX, choose one worksheet per table when you need that structure.

## Useful when the destination still works by email

### AP spreadsheet handoff

Send reviewed invoice fields and lines as XLSX to the finance mailbox.

### Legacy import queue

Send a selected transaction table as CSV for an operator to import into an existing system.

### Sales operations notification

Use a customer PO parser to send order details to the operations mailbox, separate from supplier-invoice processing.

Without a review stage, the email is sent after processing. When review applies, delivery waits until the document completes its final approval.
