Embed Widget

# Your portal.
DigiParser's document intake.

Add an upload form inside the website your clients already use. Documents enter the selected parser without asking clients to leave your portal and email the files elsewhere.

## Collect documents inside your own portal.

Add a DigiParser upload form to your website. Customers and suppliers can submit files from the page where they already work with you.

1. 1Configure the upload widget.
2. 2Add the embed code to your portal.
3. 3Receive submitted files in the connected parser.

## Give the upload form a place in your own page

Your navigation, instructions, and surrounding page stay on your website.

### Built for an existing website

You need access to edit the page or help from its administrator. DigiParser supplies the embed code; your site provides the surrounding experience.

If you only need a shareable link, choose the [hosted Upload Page](/integrations/upload-page) instead.

## Enable, copy, embed

5. 05

    ### Test from the client's view

Open the page in a private browser window, upload a supported sample, and check the success message and the receiving parser's extracted fields.

The Embed Widget settings provide the enable control and the code to add to your website.

## Design the instructions around the document

### Supplier invoices

Place the form inside your supplier portal. Explain which invoice and supporting files to submit, then route the upload to an invoice parser.

### Customer purchase orders

Embed the form in an order intake page. Parse customer references and order lines for your sales operations workflow.

### Client statements

Add a statement-upload area to a bookkeeping portal. Tell clients which periods and accounts to include before they submit.

## Control where the widget appears

Use the allowed-domain restriction when the form should run only on your website. Check that both your intended site address and the embedded upload flow work before sharing the page.

The diagram above is an example portal composition. The screenshot shows DigiParser's documented widget settings; your surrounding website design remains yours.
