# Connect DigiParser with Gmail

Connect a Gmail or Google Workspace inbox directly to a DigiParser parser. New matching messages can become documents automatically without Zapier.

Import email bodies and attachments

For customer POs or supplier invoices, confirm the supported action, required fields and destination permissions. Test the handoff and duplicate handling before enabling repeated writes. A connection does not itself provide matching, accounting decisions or payment approval.

## How to connect Gmail

    ### Add Gmail
    
    Open a parser, go to Settings, then Integrations, and add Import from Gmail.

    ### Connect the mailbox
    
    Choose the Google account to monitor and approve access.

    ### Set the rules
    
    Choose allowed senders, email conditions, attachment rules, and the content to import.

    ### Save and test
    
    Save the configuration, send a new test email, and check the parser inbox.
