### Before you connect

*   Microsoft 365 work or school account
*   An existing .xlsx workbook stored in OneDrive, or a new workbook created by DigiParser
*   A parser with the document fields and tables you need

This integration writes rows to an online workbook. It does not edit a local desktop file on your computer.

## Put document data into the right Excel columns.

Export extracted values to a table in a OneDrive workbook. Keep document references beside amounts so each row has the context your team needs.

## Quick setup or your existing workbook

### Create a new workbook

DigiParser creates a worksheet for document fields and one for every extracted table. Headers and initial mappings are included, so you can inspect a structured result quickly.

### Use an existing .xlsx file

Search the connected account's OneDrive and select the workbook. Add worksheet destinations and map your existing column structure.

In table-row mappings, document fields can repeat on each line. For example, include Invoice Number alongside each description, quantity, and amount.

## Connect the workbook

    ### Add Microsoft Excel
    
    In the parser's Integrations page, add Export to Microsoft Excel and click Connect account.

    ### Authorize Microsoft 365
    
    Sign in with a work or school account and approve the connection. Choose or create the workbook in OneDrive.

    ### Add worksheet destinations
    
    For an existing workbook, select Add worksheet. Choose Document or a parser table. If the worksheet has multiple Excel tables, select the correct table.

    ### Map the columns
    
    Match every required destination column. If a sheet has headers but no Excel table, DigiParser prepares the table when you save.

    ### Save and verify
    
    Save configuration and process a sample. Confirm the new rows in each mapped table. Required reviews must be complete before export.
    

## When the workbook needs attention

The workbook is missing from the list.

Confirm that it is an .xlsx file in the connected account's OneDrive, then refresh the list.

Can I update an existing row by matching an order number?

This page describes the native append-to-table workflow. Do not assume the Google Sheets upsert feature also applies to Excel.

Where do I check a missing line item?

Check the selected source parser table, destination worksheet, Excel table, and column mappings.
