Pabbly Connect + DigiParser

# Capture a document response.
Build the workflow around it.

Pabbly Connect can send files to DigiParser and use the completed extraction in another workflow. Start with one representative document so every field you need is available for mapping.

## Map processed document fields to your next action.

Capture a Document Processed response in Pabbly Connect. Use its fields to configure the action that receives your data.

1. 1Connect DigiParser and select Document Processed.
2. 2Process a document to capture its fields.
3. 3Map those fields into the destination action.

## Connect once with your DigiParser Token

1. 01

    ### Open the DigiParser app in Pabbly

From the parser's Integrations page, select Open in Pabbly Connect.

2. 02

    ### Create a scoped API key

In the team's API Keys page, select the required parsers or classifiers. Enable Open parsers and classifiers, Upload documents, and Manage Integrations.

3. 03

    ### Save the Pabbly connection

Add the DigiParser app in Pabbly Connect and paste the API key into the Token field. Reuse this connection in your DigiParser workflows.

The Pabbly Connect account form uses the Token field for your DigiParser API key.

## Build the incoming-file workflow

Example: a new document from a connected app

1. 01Source app supplies the file
2. 02DigiParser: Upload a Document
3. 03Parser or classifier receives it

1. 01

    ### Choose the source event

Start a workflow in Pabbly Connect with the app that receives your documents.

2. 02

    ### Add Upload a Document

Select DigiParser, choose Upload a Document, and select your connected account.

3. 03

    ### Map the destination and file

Choose Parser or Classifier. Map File or a directly downloadable File URL. Set File Name only when you want a different document name.

4. 04

    ### Test and enable

Save and test the action. Confirm that the file is in DigiParser before enabling the workflow.

## Capture the processed response before mapping

Create a separate workflow with **DigiParser -> Document Processed**. Choose the parser that extracts the fields. Start response capture in Pabbly, then process a sample in DigiParser.

A captured DigiParser response provides fields and document details for Pabbly's mapping controls.

### Use a complete sample

Include the fields and table columns that matter to your destination. Missing sample values can make the next mapping step harder to configure.

### Add and test the destination

Map the captured values into Google Sheets or another Pabbly action. Test the resulting record, then enable the workflow. The trigger is registered automatically.

## Practical Pabbly workflow recipes

Example workflows to configure in Pabbly Connect

Document

DigiParser extracts

Pabbly destination action

Supplier invoice

Supplier, invoice number, due date, amount

Add a row to an AP tracking sheet

Customer purchase order

Customer, PO number, order date

Create the appropriate CRM or order record

Bank statement

Statement period and transaction data

Send the selected values to a reporting workflow

Intake and completed-data delivery are separate workflows. If a review is required, the Document Processed workflow waits for approval. With classifier intake, select the target parser for this trigger.

## Ready to connect your first workflow?

If data does not arrive, check that the workflow is enabled, the trigger uses the correct parser, and the required approval is complete. Capture a fresh response after changing fields.
