# One link for the documents you need.

Give suppliers, clients, or employees a branded place to upload. They do not need a DigiParser account. Collect the context you need before the document enters your workflow.

## Collect the file and the context your team needs.

Share a hosted upload page with the people who send you documents. Add manual fields, such as a client code, to capture context with each submission.

## Collect the context the PDF does not contain

A client code, case number, or internal reference may be absent from the document. Add selected parser fields to the first upload step so the person submitting it can supply those values.

Manual values are applied before post-processing, review, and exports. For a selected field, an upload-page value overrides the AI-extracted value for that upload.

## Set up the page your clients will see

    ### Enable Upload Page
    
    Open the parser's Integrations page and enable Upload Page. Copy the generated URL.

    ### Add your branding and instructions
    
    Open Show Customization Options. Set the title, description, upload instructions, logo URL, primary color, and thank-you message.

    ### Choose manual fields
    
    Enable Fields shown before upload. Select supported top-level fields, choose required or optional, and add validation if needed.

    ### Choose preview and completion behavior
    
    Enable data preview if uploaders should check values. Add a redirect URL if they should return to a specific page after upload.

    ### Save and test the shared link
    
    Save customization. Open the URL as a client would, submit a sample, and confirm the fields and document in the intended parser.

## An intake link for each process

### Supplier invoice collection

Share the invoice parser's page with suppliers. Explain the document requirements and let required fields capture the business context.

### Employee receipts

Collect receipts through a dedicated page. Use manual fields for an internal reference your finance workflow needs.

### Client statements

Use a statement parser page and request the client code. Review extracted transactions before sending them to your reporting workflow.

## Manage the link after you share it

Do uploaders need to sign in?

No DigiParser account is required. Share the exact upload-page URL only with the people who should use it.

Can I replace the link?

Regenerate Token creates a new URL and disables the old one immediately. Update links you have already shared.

Can I pause collection?

Disable the Upload Page to stop accepting uploads. Re-enabling it restores the same URL unless you regenerate the token.

Which fields can I ask for before upload?

Visible top-level scalar and list fields are supported. Table fields, table columns, hidden fields, and object fields are not selectable.
