Step-by-step guides to help you get the most out of DigiParser
Guides
DigiParser helps you pull out useful information from your documents—like invoices, receipts, and forms—so you don’t have to type it in yourself. These guides show you how to set it up, use it day to day, and connect it to the tools you already use.
Who is this for?
These guides are written for accounting firms, bookkeepers, and small teams who want to:
- Save time by automating data entry from invoices and receipts
- Keep client or project data organized in one place
- Send extracted data to spreadsheets, Xero, or other apps
You don’t need any technical experience. If you can use email and spreadsheets, you can use DigiParser.
How DigiParser works (in a nutshell)
- Create a document parser – You tell DigiParser what type of documents you have (e.g. invoices) and what information you want to capture (amounts, dates, vendor names, etc.).
- Upload your documents – You add PDFs, images, or Excel files to your Document Inbox.
- Review the extracted data – DigiParser fills in the fields you set up. You can check and edit the results.
- Use or export the data – You can export to Google Sheets, Xero, or download as CSV/Excel, or connect other apps via Integrations.
