Manage your team members and permissions
Team Management
You can invite team members to your DigiParser team and manage their access and permissions. This lets multiple people work together on the same parsers and documents.
Where to manage team members
- Go to Team Settings (accessible from Parser Settings → Team Settings links, or your team menu).
- Click Members & Roles.
- You'll see a list of current team members and can invite new ones.
Inviting team members
- On the Members & Roles page, click Invite Member (or similar).
- Enter their email address.
- Choose their role (if your plan supports different roles):
- Admin – Full access to all parsers, settings, and billing
- Member – Can use parsers and view documents (may have limited access to settings)
- Click Send Invitation.
The person receives an email invitation. Once they accept, they can access the team.
Managing permissions
Depending on your plan, you can:
- Change roles – Update a member's role (e.g. from Member to Admin)
- Remove members – Remove someone from the team
- View activity – See who has access and when they last used the team
Tips
- Start with a few members – Invite only the people who need access
- Use appropriate roles – Give Admin access only to people who need to manage settings or billing
- Keep the list updated – Remove people who no longer need access
