# [Exporting to Email](#exporting-to-email)

Feedback

You can **send extracted data by email** automatically. If the document does not need review, DigiParser sends the email after processing. If it does need review, the email waits until final approval.

## [Where to set it up](#where-to-set-it-up)

Feedback

1. Open your parser and go to **Settings -> Integrations**.
2. Under **Available Integrations**, click **Email**.
3. It appears under **Added Integrations**. Expand it to configure.

## [How to configure](#how-to-configure)

### [Add recipients](#1-add-recipients)

Enter one or more **email addresses** in the **Recipients** field, separated by commas (e.g. `[[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection), [[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection)`). You can optionally add **CC** recipients.

### [Choose the format](#2-choose-the-format)

* **JSON**, **XML**, **CSV**, and **XLSX** are sent as file attachments.
* **Plain text** is included in the email body.

You do not need to choose where the data appears. DigiParser uses the correct placement for the format.

### [Choose what to send](#3-choose-what-to-send)

Use **What to send** to include:

*   **Document fields only**
*   **All fields and tables**
*   **One specific table**
* **All fields and tables as separate attachments**
* **One worksheet per table** when using XLSX

Use **Columns -> Customize** when you only want selected fields or table columns.

### [Customize the subject and message](#4-customize-the-subject-and-message)

Edit the **Subject** and **Email body** if needed. You can use placeholders such as `{{document_name}}`, `{{document_link}}`, `{{document_markdown_url}}`, and `{{document_status}}`.

### [Save](#5-save)

Click **Save Configuration**.

## [When data is sent](#when-data-is-sent)

Feedback

If the document does not enter a review stage, the email is sent after processing. If a review stage applies, the email is sent only after the document completes its final approval.

## [Tips](#tips)

Feedback

* **XLSX** or **CSV** as attachments works well when recipients need to open the data in Excel or Sheets.
* Use **Plain text** when recipients should read the values directly in the message.
* Add multiple recipients to keep your team in the loop.
