Download extracted data as XLSX, CSV, JSON, or XML.

## [Open Export Data](#1-open-export-data)

Open a parser's **Document Inbox** and click **Export Data** above the data table.

## [Choose the file](#2-choose-the-file)

For a normal spreadsheet:

1.  Choose **XLSX** or **CSV** under **Format**.
2.  Choose **All Fields and Tables (Flatten)** under **What to export**.
3.  Choose a **Date Range** when needed.

## [Choose columns](#3-choose-columns)

Click **Customize** next to **Columns** when you only need part of the extracted data. Select the columns to include, then click **Done**.

When Markdown parsing is enabled, exports include a `markdownUrl` metadata column. You can include or remove this column with **Customize**.

Use **Add table name before column names** when different tables contain columns with the same name.

*   Apply a folder, status, date, or search filter before clicking **Export Data**.
*   Or select individual rows and use **Bulk Actions -> Export Selected**.
*   For one document, open it and use **More** (⋮) -> **Export data**.
